Ha! Try handling SIX of them!! When they were really young, they loved to snuggle but now that they’re older, they’re a little more cautious. They love following us around the yard, but the moment you turn to turn to face them, all bets are off. The mallards are so fast, they’re nearly impossible to catch!!

Thank you! I actually have 6 ducklings, the one pictured is a female and her name is Buttercup! My family had ducks years ago but I was too young to remember, so I decided that I needed a duckling experience of my own! The ducks are actually a little over 3 weeks old now and they just started staying outside during the day this week. (We had to wait for the weather to warm up) Once they get to be 10 weeks old or so, we’re going to take them to a farm that is owned by a family member. It’s going to be so hard to let them go! :(
